Deep recruiting expertise. Real technical fluency. A true extension of your team.
Founder of DelphiSearch, an executive search firm focused on high-growth Crypto, Web3, Blockchain and AI companies, with the majority of my work across the US market.
I have been recruiting since 1996, working across specialist technology and financial markets for almost 30 years. Before moving into executive search, I spent several years in Tokyo as an interbank derivatives broker, giving me an early grounding in trading, financial markets and the people who operate within them.
Today I work with founders and hiring leaders to identify hard-to-find technical, product and commercial talent, particularly where technology, markets and digital assets intersect.
We only take searches where there is genuine network depth behind them, which in practice means technical, product and commercial hires for high-growth Crypto, Web3, Blockchain and AI companies, mostly in the US market.
Founding, senior and staff engineers across backend, full-stack, mobile and infrastructure. Go, Rust, TypeScript, Java, React Native. The people who own a surface end to end rather than a ticket queue.
Rust and Go protocol engineers, smart contract developers and blockchain solutions architects for teams running production networks. We can tell a genuine protocol engineer from a CV that has passed near one.
Engineers building with and around frontier models: inference and gateway infrastructure, agent platforms, AI-native products, and the increasingly common brief for engineers who work with AI tooling as their primary workflow.
Heads of sales, enterprise and institutional sales leads, business development and partnerships. Consultative, technical sellers for infrastructure and API-first products, including first commercial hires taking a motion off the founder.
Product managers and product leaders who can hold their own with an engineering team, understand a technical roadmap, and still own the commercial outcome.
Heads of engineering, VPs and directors, plus the operating hires that let a founder step back from the day to day. Small candidate pools, long lead times, discreet approaches.
Client names are withheld. Several searches are confidential and never listed at all, so if nothing here fits, it is still worth a conversation.
No roles match that search. New mandates land most weeks, so it is worth getting in touch anyway.
Compensation shown is the client's stated range at the time of briefing and can move for the right person.
Nearly thirty years of relationships with founders, operators, investors and senior talent, built across specialist technology and financial markets. Because the work happens inside these ecosystems daily, it reaches people who never surface through job boards or inbound applications.
We can read a technical brief properly, tell a protocol engineer from a CV that has passed near one, and hold a credible conversation with the people you are trying to hire. Candidates take the call because the first message shows we understand what they do.
A small number of live searches at a time, written updates, honest market feedback when the brief needs to change, and a shortlist you can act on rather than a stream of CVs to filter yourself.
Send the role, the stage and the constraints. You will get a straight answer on whether this is the right firm for it, usually the same day.
